Kym L Neaylon

Kym is the Principal Engineering Advisor - Pavement Surfacings at the Centre for Pavement Engineering Education, where helps facilitate the ongoing development and implementation of CPEE’s innovative professional development for transport professionals within the road sector. Over the last 40 years he has worked in local Government, State Government, National research, and International research & consulting, and has a PhD in pavement surfacings. He is the past chairman of the Australian Standard committee for bitumen, and represents CPEE on the Austroads Pavement Task Force.
