Sylvia Janus
Sylvia has over 14 years experience in local government in a range of roles including Environmental Health, Continuous Improvement and project management. She has held a number of leadership roles focussing on service and infrastructure delivery, and assisting in the final development and roll out of the Project Management Framework at Wyndham City Council (during which time Council won an IPWEA innovation award for its new Project Management Framework and the Capital Works dashboard). Sylvia continues to work in the Project Management Office as Business Transition Specialist, focusing on change and stakeholder management for operational and capital projects, an exciting role given the growth that Wyndham is experiencing and the opportunity that this offers.
