Stuart Dack
Stuart Dack is the Chief Executive Officer of AustStab Limited – the Australian Pavement Recycling and Stabilisation Association. Stuart has over 35 years’ experience in the road construction and maintenance industry, mainly associated with the development, manufacture and marketing of bituminous products in Australia and Europe, including bitumen emulsion, polymer modified binder and bituminous slurry surfacing technologies, and more recently in the promotion of pavement recycling and stabilisation practices. Stuart is an active participant in broader road industry activities through the Australian flexible Pavement Association (AfPA), the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA), Austroads and the Association of Asphalt Pavement Technologists (AAPT) and is a member of Standards Australia Committee CH-025 (bitumen and related products).
