Scott McKenry

Scott McKenry is the Executive Officer for the Eastern Alliance for Greenhouse Action (EAGA), a formal network of councils in Melbourne’s East. In this role Scott leads the implementation of a range of regional scale climate change mitigation and adaptation projects on behalf of EAGA councils. This work includes a number of sector-wide initiatives and advocacy programs focusing on low income solar, electricity procurement, public lighting and regulatory reform. Scott has also held key positions as Engagement Manager at ClimateWorks Australia and as Team Leader at Swinburne University’s National Centre for Sustainability. This work has covered a broad scope of disciplines including sustainability consulting, managing multidisciplinary projects and the provision of technical and policy advice to the private and public sectors.
