Lee is passionate about fostering continuous learning cultures to achieve business outcomes through people. She believes that people, companies, communities and societies grow through the critical areas of leadership and continuous learning.
Lee has spent the past 15 years leading the Learning & Leadership Development functions and designing and deploying learning strategies for the likes of PwC, Latitude Financial Services and currently Melbourne Water. She thrives in collaborative, innovative and future focused environments and is happiest and at her best when supporting people to unleash their full potential, to build their influence and scale their impact in or outside of work.
She looks forward to the day when world travel is back on the cards, in the meantime you will find her cooking, reading, spending time with family and enjoying , through renewed appreciation, all that Melbourne has to offer.
